Our Instructional approach is shaped by four main pillars:

Learner centric

We aim to create learning experiences where the learners are active, thoughtful and reflective. Respecting our audience, their existing knowledge and previous experiences, is a key element in creating a training that provides real value to their life and work. We believe adults learn best when they can practice and experiment in real-life situations that are relevant to their personal and professional goals.

Performance driven

Our process relies on the ADDIE model of instructional design, which emphasizes understanding the performance gap and audience needs before moving on to design and develop the training.

Evidence based

Our team relies on theoretical adult education principles as well as tried and proven formats and methodologies to design courses that yield results. We follow the constructivist and experiential education philosophies, and constantly educate ourselves about new tools, techniques and strategies.

Collaborative

We believe the only way to create custom training that delivers results is to collaborate with all stakeholders – managers, content experts and learners.
